Ball Valves
How it Works:
Ball valves are quarter-turn valves in which flow is controlled by means of a pivoting, through-drilled ball. When the aperture is aligned with the direction of flow, it facilitates the passage of fluids or gases. Alternatively, the flow ceases entirely when the ball is rotated 90 degrees (closed position)
There are three primary varieties of ball valves: standard, full, and V-port (which is utilised for flow control). They are inexpensive and remarkably durable. They retain their functionality consistently even after undergoing numerous operational cycles, effectively seal, can withstand high pressure, and necessitate minimal to no maintenance.
